Settle, Ingleton & the Three Peaks
Amid a dramatic limestone landscape, the market town of Settle is the starting point of the famous Settle-Carlisle railway. This historic line wends its way through the western dales, crossing a series of stunning viaducts, including the much-photographed Ribblehead, completed in 1874.
